I joined eXp mid January 2022 and I left my RE/MAX brokerage – my "home" of almost 8 years. It was time to follow my heart, trust my gut and become part of the buzz I was hearing about eXp Realty.

I was intrigued by the modern business model, which is cloud-based and therefore there are major cost savings which can then be passed on to the agents in the form of lower operating fees, more favourable commission splits, as well as incentive schemes which include revenue share and shares.
This makes it possible to start creating wealth for the future (which is something most agents and agencies neglect).
